1- Where Is ORKEN Based?

Our office and warehouse is based in Brighton in Adelaide, South Australia.

2- Where Are Your Products Shipped From?

They are shipped from our warehouse which is in Brighton, South Australia.

4- How Do I know It Is Safe To Shop With You?

We value your privacy and work hard to ensure that your details are secured and never released to any other party.  

We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to our banks. Rest assured that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.

5- How Can I Pay For My Orders?

ORKEN currently accepts VISA, Master Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. AFTERPAY is also available.

6- How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number which can be used to track your purchase. Simply visit australiapost.com.au and follow the prompts.

7- How Do I Know If My Order Was Successful?

Upon placement of your order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation directly via email. This should pop through within the hour of purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folders so do not forget to look in there!

You can also find your order confirmation and the status of your order under your ORKEN account.

8- How Long Does It Take For Me To Receive My Order?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours.

It will take 3 to 5 days to receive your orders if you are in Australia. For all orders outside Australia it will take 10 to 15 days to receive your parcel. Please note that all that pre-order items will take around 30 days to receive. 

9- Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed on our website. Please email us at hello@orkenlabel.com if you need further assistance.

10- How Can I Return My Order?

Returns & Exchanges are accepted by ORKEN. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. ORKEN will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging item(s). Please contact us if you wish to make a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges the item(s) will be acceptable under the following terms and conditions:

  • You must return your item in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your order.  
  • Goods have not been worn, damaged or washed. ORKEN has the right to refuse a return if it is not in a re-sellable condition.
  • All goods must be returned with their original packaging and labelling
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

11- What Do I Do If My Order Is Damaged Or I Receive the Wrong Goods?

Here at ORKEN we do our best to check every order carefully before we send them out to our customers; however, we apologise if you receive a damaged item or the wrong goods. Please email us at hello@orkenlabel.com and we will be happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.

12- Can I Exchange My Garment For a Different Size or Colour?

Yes, if you purchase an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or colour, we will happily exchange it for you (subject to availability).

13- Can You Ship Internationally?

Yes, ORKEN items ship both within Australia and internationally.

14- Do You Have Any Stockists?

At the moment, all ORKEN products are exclusively sold through our website.

16- Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

17- Do I Need To Sign Upon Delivering My Order?

Yes, signature is essential upon receiving your parcel, to guarantee delivery. We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

18- My Discount Code Is Not Working, What Do I Do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilise the discount code. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

20- I'm Ordering Outside Australia, Will I Be Charged To Duties/ Taxes?

Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or important duties. ORKEN is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
