DELIVERY

ORKEN items ship both within Australia and internationally.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All items within Australia will be sent via Standard Australia Post Delivery. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number which can be used to track your purchase.

We offer FREE standard Australian delivery for purchases over $100. Purchases under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $11.90. Please allow 3 to 5 days to receive your parcel. Please note that all pre-order items will take approximately 30 days to arrive. Signature is essential upon receiving your parcel, to guarantee delivery. We recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. 

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 10 days of placing the order so we can look into the matter.

INTERNATIONAL

We deliver all international orders using standard Australian post. We offer FREE standard Australian delivery for purchases over $200 outside Australia. Shipping for purchases under $200 will be charged according to your country zone.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your parcel. Please note that all pre-order items will take approximately 30 days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number which can be used to track your purchase. Simply visit australiapost.com.au and follow the prompts.

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 20 days of placing the order so we can investigate the matter.

IMPORT TAXES

Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or important duties. ORKEN is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges are accepted by ORKEN. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. ORKEN will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging item(s). Please contact us if you wish to make a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges the item(s) will be acceptable under the following terms and conditions:

  • You must return your item in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your order.  
  • Goods have not been worn, damaged or washed. ORKEN has the right to refuse a return if it is not in a re-sellable condition.
  • All goods must be returned with their original packaging and labelling
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
